Field Trip to Severson Dells Nature Center

Carpool from Harbor Freight parking lot at 8:30 a.m.

Return time estimated at 2:30 p.m.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

We will hike the scenic dells loop at Severson Dells Forest Preserve which has a steep and narrow section. There is a less steep hard surface loop option for those who prefer. After the hike we will visit the nature center where a staff person will tell about outdoor/environmental education activities that are offered via the nature center. We will conclude by eating sack lunches (bring your own) on a screen porch and perusing the displays and library at the nature center.
