Wild Geranium Campfire at Silver Creek Biodiversity Preserve 6:15-9 pm.

Wild Geranium Campfire at our Silver Creek Biodiversity Preserve. This event starts with a leisurely stroll at 7 p.m. to observe resident birds and the expansive Wild Geranium bloom in the south woods.

The campfire will start at 7:30. S’mores will be provided. Bring a lawn chair, flashlight and water (if desired). Call ahead to Bob and Kara Gallup (815-871-8014) if you would like ATV transport from the parking lot to the campfire circle.

The preserve is located about 2 miles south of Leaf River (S. Main St. in Leaf River becomes Leaf River Rd.) The preserve parking lot is just off of Leaf River Rd. If the weather is questionable, call Mary at 815-938-3204 or 779-302-7281.
